At our core is a love for designing spaces where people and organizations thrive. Since many spend up to a third of their days in office environments, these spaces must be conducive to both health and wellbeing as well as productivity. We look for the nexus between business strategy, human behavior, and space – because strong workplace design isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about aligning our built environment with organizational goals. We’re also especially interested in how the built environment can help a company or institution tell its story—to clients, to recruits, and to its own team.
Post-COVID Office Environments
Yeah, it’s a whole new world. The workplace landscape continues to evolve dramatically post-pandemic. We’re excited about the shift toward flexible, hybrid workspaces with versatile settings rather than assigned desks, allowing employees to choose spaces suited to their tasks. We’re also incorporating inclusive, neurodiverse design principles that create varied environments to support different working styles, and hospitality-inspired amenities that make offices true destinations worth returning to.

Can you help with Test Fits while we're searching for new office space?
Yes, we’re frequently engaged with clients upstream of the design process—before leases are signed or properties purchased. This allows us to bring our extensive workplace planning experience to the table before leases are signed, so clients can commit with eyes open.
Can you help establish a program for our new office?
Yes. Some clients come to us with very clear programs in mind and a strong understanding of their space needs; others need assistance crystallizing their space needs around a constantly evolving team. Either way, we work with businesses to establish accurate programs that in-turn help us create actionable work plans and optimal conditions for the organization.
