Pro Sales Incorporated designs and manufactures stainless steel systems for wineries, breweries, and food-service clients throughout the West Coast. When the company outgrew its former facility, Mark, when he was a founding principal at Urbanadd, led the design of a new headquarters in Puyallup, WA—one that could support growth while fostering collaboration between sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
At the heart of the design is an “on-stage” research and development lab, framed by the reception area and lobby. This glass-walled showcase places Pro Sales’ engineering capabilities front and center, allowing visitors to see innovation in action while reinforcing the company’s technical expertise and culture of transparency.
The facility integrates multiple functions under one roof: open and private offices for sales and engineering, teleconferencing spaces, and a 12,000-square-foot manufacturing floor equipped with real-time RFID part tracking. Adjacent to production, flexible support areas allow for prototyping, assembly, and testing. To reinforce company culture and employee well-being, the program also includes a 4,000-square-foot gym and indoor sports court—complete with basketball, pickleball, and golf simulators—available exclusively to staff and clients.
Material selections and spatial organization reflect both precision and practicality. Industrial durability is balanced with refined finishes in office and client-facing spaces, while the manufacturing floor is designed for efficiency, safety, and adaptability. Together, these elements create a headquarters that embodies Pro Sales’ identity: innovative, collaborative, and built to perform.
