Located in arguably the oldest neighborhood in Seattle, the Georgetown Distillery & Restaurant proposal explored site and space planning to integrate a distilled spirit production facility with an indoor/outdoor restaurant, market and tasting room. In each design iteration, Upward Architecture designed the facility to allow for an immersive dining experience with unobstructed views into distilling process. Guests benefit from elevated garden spaces, outdoor pavilion style seating, and a projection screen movie viewing area.
